HofVan doesn’t believe in just selling properties. We build relationships, problem-solve, and make dreams come true. Too much for our team to promise? No. It’s what we do, every day. But in this day of the service-first industry, now more than ever, it’s important for us to put a stake in the sand, and tell you what you should be expecting from your REALTOR®.
First of all, here’s what we don’t do: sign with you; show you a few properties, tell you to pick; subtly pressure you into a wrong-fit sale; and leave the mortgage and legal details to you. With all this in mind, we’ve actively dissuaded clients from accepting an offer or buying a property if the fit wasn’t right. We don’t show properties objectively: you’re paying for our expertise — of course we’re subjective, and of course we’re on your side.
We’ve got real estate DNA in our veins. Our founding partner, Heather, grew up in a Vancouver real estate family, helping her parents buy, sell and manage rental properties. She’s been in the Vancouver real estate marketplace for 19 years, and has lived in Burnaby for 39 years. Her partner (and son) Brandon grew up surrounded by the world of real estate, and they know the right and proper way to do it. Brandon’s nurturing, patient nature is ideal with clients who are buying a home for the first time, seniors looking to downsize — and everyone in between. He understands that excitement and nerves come with such a major undertaking. He knows how to smooth the process and make it simple to understand.

With his diverse education at the University of British Columbia, University of Victoria and BCIT, Brandon brings innovative ideas to real estate.
